Payment options available for your order are displayed in the official Fanxing Store checkout. Only use a payment method actually offered there for that order and destination.
Review your total
Check your selected fixture, configuration, quantity, shipping and any applicable tax before submitting payment. The amount displayed in the WooCommerce order is the amount submitted to the available payment provider.
Custom orders
Custom Order Payment is for previously agreed custom orders only. It is a virtual payment entry, not a physical lamp sold for $1. Whole-dollar amounts use $1 units. For an agreed amount containing cents or above the supported online ceiling, request an exact confirmed payment order rather than rounding.
Confirmation and payment status
A browser redirect alone is not proof of payment. The order is treated as paid only after the store receives the verified payment status. Keep your order reference and payment confirmation.
Payment difficulties
If a payment is cancelled or fails, review the order status before trying again. Contact us if a charge appears on your statement without a matching confirmation. Never send payment passwords, security codes or complete card details through email or the contact form.
Use of a payment provider does not mean that Fanxing offers a separate escrow or guaranteed-payment service.
