Destinations and delivery options
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the options currently available. If no suitable option appears, contact Fanxing before paying. An online product listing does not guarantee that every destination or access condition can be served.
Stock, production and dispatch
Ready-stock, made-to-order and custom orders can have different preparation times. Where a product does not state a dispatch estimate, ask us to confirm it for your selected configuration. We do not apply a single production or transit promise to every lamp.
Transit and tracking
Transit estimates depend on the route, carrier and shipment size. Customs, remote destinations and local delivery conditions may affect timing. Use Track Your Order for the recorded order status. Contact us with your order reference for carrier tracking or delivery assistance.
Large or fragile fixtures
Handling, packaging, assembly requirements and any multiple-carton arrangements should be confirmed for the selected fixture. Please retain the packaging while inspecting a delivery, and photograph any visible damage before disposing of it.
Shipping charges and import costs
Review charges collected by Fanxing in the checkout or your confirmed order. Import duties, customs handling and local taxes may be separate unless your order explicitly includes them. Confirm the delivery terms before payment if this is unclear.
Address changes, delays or damage
Contact us promptly with your order reference and corrected details. Changes depend on dispatch status. If delivery is delayed, incomplete or damaged, send the reference and relevant photographs so our team can check the next step.
